The "In Him" Realities (Part II)

In the first part of this teaching, we enumerated a couple of truths about the new life that Christ has wrought for you. The following points are a continuation of that message. Enjoy...

5. IN HIM, WE HAVE AN INHERITANCE (Eph 1:14): We received it freely by believing, that is, by being born again, not by our deeds. We therefore do not lack any spiritual blessing (Eph 1:3; 1 Cor 1:5-7). We have inherited The life of God, a type of life that the devil cannot temper with. It is the life that enables us to stand in the place of God and declare things, even those that seem impossible. Your inheritance in Christ is the life of CHRIST. You don’t need to work to have it. You have it already because you are in Christ. All you need to do is to believe it and you will see the manifestation of the life of Christ in you.

6. IN HIM, WE HAVE BOLDNESS AND ACCESS (Eph 3:12): We have access to the throne and the secret things of God. You are welcome to present yourself before Him without shame. We have access unto the Father (Eph 2:18) so we are free to come before God, our Loving Father. We are bold to enter the Holy of Holies (Heb 10:19.) because we are Holy. We come boldly to obtain grace and mercy from his throne (Heb 4:14-16).

7. IN HIM, WE HAVE ALL THE FULLNESS (Col 1:19): To have the fullness means to have the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. It has pleased God to deposit the fullness of Himself in us through Christ who lives in us. The sum, the completeness of divine perfection, power and attributes dwell in Christ and therefore in us. In Christ, we lack nothing; all has been done so we are complete. We have the fullness of His Spirit (Jn 3:34). We are blessed with all spiritual blessings in Him (Eph 1:3). Christ is all and is in all, He fills all things so when you speak to anything in the name of Jesus, it obeys because it has Christ in it. He is everything so in Him, we have everything (Col 3:11; Eph 4:10). We are the Church, the Body of Christ, the fullness (Eph 1:23). The fullness of God is in us through Christ and we are complete in Him (Col 2:9-10).

8. IN HIM THERE IS NO DARKNESS (1 Jn1:5): Christ’s life is The Light and He gave us this light which is eternal (Jn 1:1-5). Darkness is the unfruitful way of living (fear, confusion, uncertainty, shame, etc.) and we cannot be unfruitful because we have The Light. When you give attention to the normal way of life (mere philosophies), you walk out of The Light. But when you walk in the way of Christ, you have the Light of life because Christ is the Light (Jn 8:12; Jn 12:46). We are the Light of the world (Mt 5:14) and so we do not know darkness for we are seated in heavenly places with Christ.

As you have gone through these "In Christ" Realities, you are equipped to live in total victory and to reign in life. Do not settle for a low life anymore! Hallelujah!
