Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the Gospel of God
From the Greek "euaggelion", we have "Gospel" meaning "good tidings" or "good news". It is a message that gladdens the heart of the hearers.
Another name for Gospel is "too good to be true". That is why when mere religious people hear the undiluted Gospel of CHRIST, they feel it's not true or that it encourages men to sin.
The Gospel is about the great things God has done for you through the coming, the death, the resurrection, and the ascension of CHRIST.
Take note: It's not about what men can do for themselves. It's about what only God can do.
Many believers have been hearing preachings and messages, but not the Gospel Truth.
How do you know that what you are hearing is the GOSPEL?
